What you are buying

A Voco IPTV subscription is time-limited access to a streaming service, delivered as a set of login credentials. It is not a licence to any individual programme, film or channel, and it is not a transfer of ownership in anything. When the term you paid for ends, access ends with it.

Plans are sold by term — one, three, six or twelve months — and by the number of simultaneous connections, from one to five. Your plan defines how many streams may play at the same moment, not how many devices you may install software on.

Your account

Your credentials are personal to you. Sharing them publicly, reselling them, or using them to run a service of your own is not permitted, and doing so may end your access without a refund. Keep the password to yourself: anyone holding it can consume your connections.

Exceeding your connection limit will cause streams to fail. That is the limit working as designed, not a fault, and it is not grounds for a refund.

Availability and quality

We work to keep the service running continuously and to provide the highest quality each source allows, but no internet-delivered service can promise uninterrupted perfection. Maintenance, upstream provider changes, the state of your own connection and events outside our control will all affect playback at some point.

The channel and on-demand line-up changes over time. Content is added and removed as availability changes, and the presence of a particular channel or title on the day you subscribe is not a guarantee that it will remain for the whole term.

Your responsibilities as a viewer

Broadcasting rights differ from country to country. It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that your use of the service is lawful where you are. You agree not to record, rebroadcast, publicly perform or redistribute anything received through the service.

You also agree not to attempt to interfere with the service, probe it for weaknesses, or use automated means to extract its content or channel data.

Payment

Subscriptions are paid in advance, once per term, in US dollars. Nothing renews automatically and no card is stored against your account. If you want another term after the current one ends, you buy another term.

Refunds are governed by the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access where credentials are shared or resold, where the service is used unlawfully, where payment is reversed after delivery, or where a user's conduct towards our staff is abusive. Where the cause is a misunderstanding rather than deliberate misuse, we will normally contact you first.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription term. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed broadcasts. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated, and the date at the top of the page will change when they are. Material changes do not apply retrospectively to a term you have already paid for.
