Frequently asked questions

Grouped by when the question usually comes up: before ordering, while paying, during setup, and on the evening something stops working.

Before you order

Voco IPTV supplies access to streaming content and operates under published terms, a privacy policy, a refund policy and a DMCA process, all linked in the footer. What you are permitted to watch depends on where you live and on the rights attached to each broadcast, and that is your responsibility as the viewer. If you have doubts about a specific channel in your country, check locally before subscribing.
Roughly 25 Mbps sustained for 4K, 10 Mbps for FHD and around 5 Mbps for HD, per simultaneous stream. Stability matters more than headline speed: a steady 15 Mbps line plays better than a 200 Mbps line that drops every few minutes. If you are on wireless, test on the device that will actually be used rather than on a phone standing next to the router.
Not to make the service work. Some people use one for privacy in general, and a small number of internet providers throttle streaming traffic, in which case a VPN can help. If you do use one, pick a server close to you — routing your video through another continent adds latency and is the most common self-inflicted cause of buffering.
Yes. The subscription is a login rather than a piece of hardware, so it works from any internet connection. Bear in mind that some feeds are region-specific and may look different abroad, and that hotel or public wireless is frequently the weak link rather than the service.

Plans and billing

From $25 for one month on a single connection, up to $285 for twelve months on five connections. There are twenty combinations in total and every one of them carries the entire line-up. The full table is on the pricing page.
No. Each term is paid once and simply ends. No card is stored, there is no recurring subscription to find and cancel, and the free trial takes no payment details at all.
One stream playing at one time. Two people watching two different channels at the same moment need two connections. Installing the app on five devices is fine on a one-connection plan — what matters is how many are playing simultaneously, not how many are installed.
Yes. Email help@vocoiptv.tv, say what you have and what you want, and we credit the unused portion of the current term against the new one. Your existing login continues to work throughout, so there is no gap in service.
Yes, on the terms set out in the refund policy. The trial exists so that most refund requests never need to happen — it is the same line on the same servers, so if it plays properly for a day it will play properly for a year.

Setup and devices

Anything that can run an Xtream-compatible player: Amazon Firestick and Fire TV, Android and Android TV, Google TV, Samsung and LG smart TVs, Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, Windows and macOS. There is no proprietary box to buy and nothing to rent.
IPTV Smarters Pro is the usual starting point and the one the setup guide follows. TiviMate is better on Android if you care about the programme guide. XCIPTV sits between them. All three take the same three credentials.
Orders are set up by a person rather than an automated queue, so it is normally minutes rather than instant. Details arrive by email. If nothing has landed within a couple of hours, check the spam folder and then write to us.
Yes, as long as your plan has enough connections for the screens that play at once. Two televisions watching different channels simultaneously need a two-connection plan; two televisions used at different times of day need only one.

When something is wrong

Check the server address includes its http prefix and port number with no trailing slash, then retype the username and password by hand rather than pasting. Autocapitalisation on TV and phone keyboards is the single most common cause.
Try another feed for the same channel first, since several are usually carried. If only the 4K streams struggle, the line speed is the limit. On a Firestick, wiring it to the router with an ethernet adapter resolves more buffering than any setting inside the player.
Force a guide refresh in the player's settings and confirm the app's time zone matches yours — a guide that looks shifted by several hours is almost always a time-zone setting rather than bad data.
help@vocoiptv.tv, or the contact page. Include your username, the device, the player and what the screen actually says. That one line of detail usually turns a three-message exchange into a single reply.
