Privacy policy
What we collect when you order or start a trial, why we hold it, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted.
Last updated: 11 August 2026
What we collect
We collect only what is needed to sell you a subscription and support it. When you place an order, request a trial or use the contact form, that is your name, your email address, and a phone or WhatsApp number if you choose to give one. Phone numbers are optional on every form on this site.
Our servers keep ordinary technical logs — IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. These are a by-product of running a website and are used for security and diagnostics, not for building a profile of you.
We do not collect payment card numbers. Payment is handled by a third-party processor and card details never reach our systems or our staff.
Why we hold it
Your name and email exist so we can create your account and send login details to it. A phone number, if given, is used only when email fails or when you have asked to be contacted that way. Contact form messages are held so a support conversation has its own history and you do not have to explain the problem twice.
We do not sell personal data, we do not rent mailing lists, and we do not pass your details to advertisers. If you never write to us again, we will never write to you either — there is no marketing programme attached to buying a subscription.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site uses browser storage sparingly. A session value records which site referred you, so that support can see where an order came from; it is cleared when you close the browser. The live chat widget sets its own storage so a conversation survives a page change.
We do not run advertising trackers or cross-site profiling scripts. Some pages load fonts and small libraries from third-party networks, and those providers will see your IP address as a consequence of serving the file, as they would on most websites.
How long we keep it
Order and account records are kept for as long as the subscription runs and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that renewals, refunds and disputes can be handled. Trial requests that never become orders are removed once they are no longer useful. Technical logs are short-lived and rotate automatically.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email the address at the bottom of this page from the address on the account and we will act on it. Where deletion would conflict with a legal or accounting obligation we will say so plainly and explain what is retained and why.
Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to certain processing or to complain to a supervisory authority. Those rights apply whether or not this policy repeats them.
Third parties
A small number of services process data on our behalf: the payment processor, our email delivery provider, our hosting and content delivery provider, and the live chat widget. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We do not authorise any of them to use your details for their own marketing.
Children
This service is sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their details, tell us and we will remove them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Continuing to use the service after a change means the current version applies.
